How your report is made

Reports are built by CivicVane's software from public records: more than 342,000 IRS Form 990-PF filings (4.6 million grants) and more than 86,000 Form 990 Schedule I filings (1.7 million grants) from the IRS e-file releases of 2024 to 2026, plus Grants.gov, the Census Bureau's American Community Survey and CDC PLACES. Before delivery, an automated check re-derives the key figures from the source records, and every figure in your PDF is cited to its filing or table, so you or a funder can verify it.
